RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We offer No-Questions-Asked Returns and Exchanges within 3 days of purchase.

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, store credit will be issued via email.
To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags intact

  • In original packaging

⚠️ Delivery charges of ₹150 will be deducted from store credit.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or defective.

In such cases:

  • Our team will inspect the product after it is received back

  • If no discrepancy is found, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 7 days of receiving the product
