Cancellation and return
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Customers can return their products within 2 days after the date of delivery. All Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with the original packing & tags.
Refund policy
We have a 100% refund policy. Full refund will be provided as store credits in your woyers account
Exchange procedure
initiating an exchange:
To initiate an exchange, login into your customer account and place an exchange order there or contact our customer service team with your order ID, size purchased, and size exchange requested at support@woyers.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will write back to you within 24-48 hours.
Quality check:
All exchanges will undergo a quality check by our team. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if:
-the product/s are returned after use.
-the products are damaged.
Shipping the exchange:
If the exchange is confirmed, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Woyers. Please provide the tracking ID to support@woyers.com in the same email thread.
Processing time:
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for the same. We are more than willing to help you out. Share order details and images at support@woyers.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept exchanges for reasons other than size issues. This includes changes of mind, preferences, or dissatisfaction with the color or style of the item..
Final Sale Items
All clearance or final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
